Subscription Service
TextMy.News is a monthly subscription service which provides news headlines to subscribers via text message (SMS). By subscribing to our service, after the free trial period you agree to pay the $5 monthly subscription fee and to receive news headlines via SMS each day. Message frequency is once per day. Text HELP for help for assistance with service. Text STOP to cancel at any time. Message and Data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment
You agree to pay the $5 monthly subscription fee for our service. Payment is due at the beginning of each month and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for your account. If your payment is declined, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You may access your account using the 'Account' link at the bottom of the homepage. Alternatively, Text STOP to cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the month for which you have already paid.
Intellectual Property
The content provided through our service, including news headlines and other information, is the property of TextMy.News and its partners. You may not use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our service on an "as is" basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to our service or the content provided through our service. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TextMy.News or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our service or these Terms, whether or not such damages were foreseeable or whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TextMy.News with respect to our service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and TextMy.News.
